As a fantatsic career coach and engaging person she needed her socia medial presence to reflect this, and as I’m sure many people know taking your first steps into navigating Twitter and Facebook can be a little daunting!

I have to date helped with minor changes to her Twitter look, will begin work on her Facebook page soon, and have finished a flyer deisgn (see below).  As well as making everything look and feel right for her business needs I am also sharing my social media knowledge and guiding her through using Twitter.

Here’s what she had to say:

I wanted to take this opportunity to truly thank you for your time and commitment to educate me in the daunting area of social media. To say I was a novice was an understatement and to be truthful I felt overwhelmed at the thought of using Twitter for my business. The last thing I wanted to do was make any mistakes.

You calmly approached showing me, with an abundance of patience and went over and above my expectations by following up our learning session with a useful information document. I was reluctant to use Twitter and you made it feel safe. I am proud to say this weekend I ‘tweeted’ and have some new great ideas that I can ‘tweet’ to tell customers more about what I do.

Most importantly I meet many people from all walks of life in my role, however it is not often I am met with such creativity as you have. You have a talent to take things and understand what the customer wants and needs, through to delivering this. You are a talented artist and designer, the poster you made for me and the Twitter page looks professional and just the image I wanted to project.

I am certain that whichever organisation you work with will be delighted with the results.
